Ramchandran Srinivasan,  is a International Neurotherapy Consultant, Yoga therapist,  and a Certified Mind Power Trainer. Mr. Ramchandran Srinivasan was born on 16th February, 1951 in Chennai, South India, but he spent the first 20 years of his life, in Kolkata, in East India.

Right from childhood, he always felt empathy with other people’s emotions and suffering.  His father, a petty shopkeeper, always tried to help people to  the best of his ability and resources.  This habit influenced the young boy greatly and was later to shape his behavior towards  others.

His journey into spiritual practices started after College, when he moved from Kolkata to Pune in West India for studying further.  It started first with a brief stint of Transcendental Meditation. But it was to be almost 15 years later when he decided to give up his job voluntarily to serve the public through SVYASA, Bengaluru. At that time he came to learn about Art of Living Courses.   He did the AOL Basic and Advanced Courses in 1998 and in later years attended three 10-day courses of Vipassana at different locations in India.

Academically, he completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Science, from St. Xavier’s College in the year 1970. From 1972-1975, he trained as a Sound Engineer at FTII, Pune and progressed from one job to another in recording and teaching and finally ended up as a Marketing Manager (Professional Products – Western India),  in an MNC, known as AKG Acoustics (I) Limited.  In October 1996, listening to his inner call of serving society, he voluntarily resigned his job to take up social service in the field of yoga, pranayama, meditation and natural therapies.

That was the time when he met Dr. Mehra, who was later to shape his life and his approach to the healing of the human body by teaching him a totally unknown form of therapy styled as LMNT. He finished the Certificate and Diploma Courses of LMNT under the founder and Pioneer of LMNT and was requested to teach the therapy to others under the guidance of the Pioneer-Founder himself.

During the Training Programmes, he taught lectures on Basic Physiology and Principles and Practice of Neurotherapy, and imparted practical training to students. He also undertook to rewrite Dr. Mehra’s cryptic notes on the therapy and made these notes available to the students at the Ashram, which are followed by all students of LMNT until now.  Almost each and every book on Neurotherapy in existence has been written by him based on matters culled from various lectures of Dr. Mehra over a number of years.

It was Dr. Lajpatrai Mehra’s vision to teach his therapy to the Masses so that the world can be a healthier place without  medicines. Mr. Ramchandran really feels guided to be part of this Mission.   Over the past two decades, he has helped Dr. Mehra to train more than 2000 students in various states of India, in LMNT techniques and practice.

In November 2003, he visited Australia (Townsville) with Dr. Mehra and another colleague, Mr. Nilesh Singhania,  on a month’s training program.  The trip was a raving success and many new experiences of the success of LMNT in various ailments were obtained

Though exclusively teaching and recommending LMNT to all who seek his advice, he is also familiar with salient principles of a few other non-medical therapies, such as Sujok, Pranic Healing, Reiki, Marma therapy etc.

His personal motivation and driving force

As a healer, his driving force comes from a desire to want the best for his patients. He is driven by the fact that even if we can make a small difference in influencing the future of the next generation by investing in health education without medicines, then we would have achieved a lot. 

 He is a vegetarian and a teetotaler by choice. He is proficient in English, Bengali, Hindi, Kannada, Marathi and his mother tongue Tamil.   

Joined Dr. Mehra’s Neurotherapy Academy as a student in the First Batch of Neurotherapists in November 1999. Took over to teaching the students from the 2nd batch onwards.  Till date he has helped train almost 2000 Neurotherapists.  His students are scattered all over the country.

Previous history (from recent to past)

In May 2015, he underwent a Professional  Course in Mind Power Training under the renowned Mind Trainer and International Life Coach, Dr. Jeetendra Adhia of Ahmedabad.  It is his life’s ambition to conduct courses in Mind Power and Allied Sciences to empower Youth – especially students – to excel in all that they wish to do – by learning to harness and use the limit-less powers of the mind.

• Joined Dr. Mehra as teaching faculty in Dr. Lajpatrai Mehra Neurotherapy Academy, Suryamal, from the year 2000.
• Voluntarily resigned from AKG Acoustics (I) Limited, from Oct.1996 to take up social service in the field of yoga, pranayama, meditation and natural therapies. 
• Has visited Singapore twice on official trips while with AKG. 
• Marketing of recording equipment in AKG Acoustics India Ltd, from 1990 to 1996;  His last posting was as Marketing Manager (Prof. products – Western India)
• Senior Recording engineer in HMV ( Gramophone Co. Of India)  from 1980-1989;  
• Sound Recordist  at FTII, Pune 1975-1980 
• Sound Engineering diploma from Film & TV Institute of India, Pune (FTII), Pune, 1975.
• Recipient of Merit scholarship for the entire duration of the Course (1972-75) • Graduation (Bachelor in Science) from St. Xavier’s College, University of Calcutta, 1970
